  One very important point, I was most impressed with Dan’s concern for the lack of ‘structural integrity’ on my deck’s original design, which made the railing less secure. Dan improved the original design to really anchor the railing; none of the other companies that bid even mentioned the potential design flaw.
  Dan is, as most have commented, hard working, fair in pricing, very self contained, and was very careful to be sure the site was cleaned up at the end of everyday - no nails in the driveway or near my neighbors either.
