  If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give this facility. Yesterday my sons father took him for his 6 month wellness checkup, at which time he was to receive a series of vaccines. Upon arriving, he was informed that they no longer administer vaccines in the office. Perhaps we should have been informed PRIOR to the visit, so we could have simply taken our son somewhere to get both the physical and vaccines at the same time; so that was a major waste of time and an inconvenience.
  
  Next, I was unable to attend the appointment due to work, we have been having major concerns with our son so I asked his father to call me once he was in the room with the doctor so I could explain what had been going on, voice my concerns, and ask several questions. When speaking with the doctor he was VERY rude (It was a male doctor so I am assuming it was Dr. Nandra). He consistently cut me off, was rushing to get off the phone, did not address my questions adequately, and hung up on me while I was mid sentence. After leaving the office, my sons father informed me that the doctor was rude to him as well.
  
  Another issue; my son has gastrointestinal issues, for which he takes medication 3 times a day. While at the appointment my sons father informed the doctor that he was in need of a prescription renewal as he did not have anymore refills and was down to his last doses. The doctor said that he would send the prescription over to our pharmacy. This morning my sons father called the pharmacy and the prescription had not even been sent. So, I called he office and informed them it had not been sent, and that it was imperative that we get his medication asap because my son ran out of his medication the night before. I was told that as soon as we got off the phone she would call the prescription over. I waited 15 minutes and then called the pharmacy. No prescription. I then called the office back, to again explain that it was very important for us to get the medication and I was told "she was on the phone with the pharmacy". If we were told the prescription was going to be sent the prior day I should not have to make numerous calls (especially while I am at work) simply to have it sent!
  
  I would like to add, my son saw a woman, I believe she is a physicians assistant, a couple times, and she was very kind. She is the ONLY positive I can speak of within this facility.
  
  I absolutely would NOT recommend this facility. The levels of unprofessionalism, rudeness, lack of accountability and lack of follow-through are way too high for my liking.
