  How do you give no stars. I made my appointment with Allen and he never put me in the computer system. I'm unable to do that part. Reminds me of the saying, "you had one job" so I arrive at my appointment and they said they are unable to bump any one, but they are able to bump me. Umm ok, then the manager is not here on a Saturday. Umm not even a stand in manager. They front desk gives me cooperates number when they are not in. So much for rearranging my day for a relaxing massage. 0 stars. Let's see if they let this disappointing experience be known.
