  If you are looking for a kind and caring therapist then Christian is your guy. He is so easy to talk to and so understanding, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. I was nervous before my first visit and he made me feel comfortable from session one. I began seeing him for a very specific reason and since then I’ve brought him a wide variety of issues and he always has valuable insight to offer. He has taught me to look at things from a different perspective with confidence and has given me many tools to use in a variety of situations. He does an excellent job explaining technical concepts in an easy to understand way or through examples. I always leave his office feeling much better than when I went in. I highly recommend IBH!
