  Kimmie and Dr. Colleen Choi are excellent! My pet began limping and I wasn't sure what was wrong. After a few days I called to make an appointment and was able to get her in quickly with no emergency fee added. This was my first visit here and as soon as we arrive Kimmie greeted us so warmly and was so compassionate with my cat (Trina). Trina had pooped in the car and Kimmie gave my daughter a disinfectant, paper towel and plastic bag to make sure she had everything needed to clean it out.
  When Dr. Choi saw Trina, she was so careful in handling her it really showed how passionate she is of her work and the care she provides. She explained everything with detail and the different options we had. We had to go back a couple days later when I saw my cats paw bleeding. I was grossed out, but Dr. Choi took care of it without wincing an eye and again the tone of her voice with Trina was pure compassion. she again explained to me in detail what was happening, how she was going to handle it and what would happen next if that course of action didn't fix it.
  Trina is now doing just fine, we went in a final time and same excellent service. Dr. Choi and her staff are really very observant, caring, and knowledgeable. It is evident that they all love what they do!
  **The only thing I would have liked to see different is the process of elimination when trying to figure out what was wrong. Dr. Choi suggested an xray, which I hesitantly agreed to because I was worried about the cost but figured it had to be done (It was $144 ) and there was no other option. After the xray showed no broken bones, she examined the area and found a bite mark which was causing the infection. I would have liked to see her first examine the area and if nothing was found than suggest an xray. I didn't originally think it was a break becasue she was able to move her paw and leg but it was tender tot he touch, but I understand why she wanted to rule it out.
  Still they have a great attitude, good service and treat our pets amazing so they still get a 5.
