  A number of years ago we met Ken to discuss our insurance needs. Ken, as we discovered, is a most unusual man. He is knowledgeable, he really listens, he is always easily reached, he answers questions clearly, he is patient - in short, he cares about people. You are not just another policy holder to him, he treats you as though you are really special. Thus, we were more than pleased to take out policies with Ken.
  
  Recently our son was involved in a serious auto accident. We called Ken who explained the various steps we needed to take. Both Ken and the people at the Claims Office were helpful, courteous and efficient. When we were served with papers there was an ensuing lawsuit, we were shocked and frightened, as we'd never been involved in a lawsuit before. Again, Ken was there, explaining the procedure of what would happen and calming our fears. Thanks to Ken and Farmers Insurance.
